Jenny Talbot, Founder
In 2008, Jenny Talbot took the leap from leading a team of 40 employees to founding Task Crate Web Design. Jenny possesses the rare ability to design high-functioning, feature-rich websites that look good too. Jenny is, first and foremost, a seasoned listener who is passionate about bringing the visions of her clients alive in aesthetically fluid websites that merge form and function. Whether she’s working with a business, a nonprofit or an agency, her goal with each client is to build a lasting relationship based on trust and collaboration.
While many of her clients have nicknamed her the “WordPress whiz,” Jenny is not your typical developer geek. She is easy to talk to, responsive and makes the design process fun and collaborative. She’s both creative and obsessed with technical details. She builds brand-driven websites aligned with client goals that are easy to manage both on the front and back ends. She strives for complete client satisfaction throughout each project and is flexible and adaptable to a client’s changing needs.
Jenny has a bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems and a background in project management. As a lifelong learner, her nose is either in a book or she’s attending professional conferences and leadership development classes. She and her husband are adoring parents to their two young daughters and you’ll likely find them on any given weekend on a camping trip or local excursion. She is also an avid trail runner and loves the challenge of a good race or the exhilaration of reaching the top of a mountain peak.
